I’ll compromise. If it’s against SouthEastern or a rent-a-win, don’t play it.. if it’s against the #2 team in the country... fire that bitch up

No one said they did. But they do go to LSU for football games. Take away the student section like you said and see what happens with admissions.

If they'd let them play the song during TV timeouts, like others have suggested, it will eventually fizzle out.
The only reason it's still a thing is because they banned the song and essentially challenged the students' creativity.

Have you seen a PG movie lately? Words like "suck" and "dick" are allowed. Adding bitch to the end makes it PG 13. I guess we are going to make tailgates stop playing all that rap with curse words so we don't hurt the children's ears.

Yea, you can tell the players really would love not having a student section. That must be why they always go to the south endzone after big wins. No student section would be a major selling point for recruits

They tried that with the Oh Wee Oh chant done after touchdowns. Wanted to change "you suck" to "tigers." Telling, asking, or suggesting that students do something other than what they want to do never works.

If its the message, should we not be allowed to play "shook me all night long"? the message is rated R.
The words by themselves are PG13 at best. I guess my point is 8-9 year old kids in 3rd grade hear way worse playing on their phones now a days.
