IMO, they bear the ultimate responsibility.

But for supposedly being smart people they make some really dumb decisions, e.g., our new president.

The reason is Coaching and Personnel. (Just like last season)

Orgeron/Woodward didn't make any significant improvements in Daronte "BB" Jones and Brad Davis. (They may have even regressed, as incredible as that may seem)

Name one NFL team that was after Jones to be their DC or one college team that was after Davis to be their OL coach. (You can't because there aren't any)

No talented assistant coach wants to join this lame duck shite show.

It will spiral out of control until the inevitable conclusion.

Blame FKA and Alleva.

JA actually had Jimbo in an agreement to become HC back in 2016, but the entire deal was shite canned by F. King Alexander.

Blame Alleva for the current Orgeron mess.

Blame Jeff Grimes and James Cregg for the current OL personnel problems. There are a few LSU/SEC quality OL's on the team, but not many. Most are "Smaller State School" level and have no business at LSU.

They hired this commi apologist. Shouldn't they bear some responsibility?

What turmoil, the turmoil all occurred under F KING's watch, why don't you go back and look at the BOS that hired that clown and allowed stuff to go on.
