And I don't care if he's 20 or 40; the "kid" is the worst rated QB in FBS football and he's still starting for a team ranked in the top 10 in the nation. That's a problem.

cannot argue or talk down someone based on facts. very good point.

nope, as a former college qb, im defending the kid. Who cares if hes having a bad season, Lee had one almost everyone does but it doesnt give yall the right to crucify the guy.

50% of his struggles are because of you motherfrickers on here that dog one of our own. why the frick would anyone wanna play qb for some of you stupid fricks.."frick yall ill play for myself"...and thats EXACTLY the mindframe he is in right now.

This only furthers the argument that he shouldn't be playing this weekend.

I've never once talked down to JJ. What I find horribly wrong with your argument is that you condone his horrible attitude and applaud that he is more concerned with himself than his team. These are not qualities of a leader or a quarterback.

Yes we know that. Never said he should be starting either. Eventhough it really doesnt matter if he doesn because Lee will see majority of the snaps anyways. Im just sick of people talking down to a guy that was a top 10 qb in the country out of high school and dominated the game until he got to this level and then everyone wants to say he shoulda never played football to begin with.

No one is attacking him. Just his HORRIBLE play.

First, he should.
Second, his teammates who need him to help win games.
Third, the entire coaching staff.
Fourth, the fans.

So we should just let him play because it would be "nice"... ....you must have played on a losing team in college. Players want to win, playing the worst QB in FBS is not giving your team the best chance to win.

For starters no one gives a frick about what you did in college

Secondly, we're not crucifying JJ. We're trying to figure out whey the hell Les is still going with the guy after Lee severely out played him Saturday.

JJ is damaged goods this season.

And I was bomb as voleyball player in HS...won a State title and was leading the team in kills.

Should I play for Cal, UCLA? No...I'm only 6'2".
Eventually the competition steps up. He didn't, end of story.

That's fine. I'm glad he had so much success in HS. However, his game has obviously not translated well to Division 1 college football; therefore, he should not be on the field. (especially for a top 10 team)

For what it is worth even though it will never happen it would be nice if the median instead of average could be used for stuff like yards per carry. Median is much more telling. I like picking up first downs and am far less interested in occasionally breaking a long run.

maybe you don't understand. College Football is BIG business. Lots of money is paid to these Universities. those "fans" want to see a winning product to justify spending all that money.

Yes they do and should care.

Congratulations...do you have any eligibility left?

There was a reason Miles and co. sent a new package onto the field with 10 seconds and running on the clock. That was a decision. If you didn't get the reference, not all decisions are good ones.

To support his statement that Lee would start, Garrick inserted a clip of Bobby discussing what BOBBY would do with the quarterback situation....so that clip makes no sense at all.

So someone is going by what Bobby H would do if he were coach and it gets reported after to JL starting? How in hell does that end up happening?
