We haven’t finished better than our preseason ranking in like 6 years, so the media is tired of putting us up at the top of the rankings. Good thing is that the game still has to be played on the field, so none of what the media says matters.

I've lived around the country. Louisiana and Ed Orgeron specifically are easy targets and are always piled up on. The media see that we have nobody in our corner to defend us, so they get some false courage.
Results will be the only thing that will put the boot in their teeth to shut them up.
I don't get wound up about the disrespect from people outside the state. It will always be there.
I didn't like the Ed O hire, but I wish him and the team the best. I'm not one of these fools that wants to see the program burned to the ground because I didn't get my way.
