Why is every thread “either MM or WW”. It should be neither.

Both did not succeed as head coaches. MM is team performance and WW is cheating and lying to admin and putting overall athletic program at risk. Clear answer is neither.

Do yourself a favor and actually read the findings with what the IARP actually found on Wade, not just what the NCAA put in the notice of allegation and what Yahoo and Dickie V put on headlines, but look at the actual results.
ETA. Go to page 96 and read the allegations that the IARP ultimately found the NCAA didn’t prove.

What is the key word here? Yeah, the NCAA threw the kitchen sink at him in allegations and everybody in the process knew these “allegations” could not be proven and would not result in sanctions. The reason is simple, the allegations relied on the cooperation of the third-parties who were under no obligation to cooperate.
Remember all the ignorant posts about him paying player from his wife’s checking account, that was not accurate. The allegation is that he paid “someone believed to be connected to a student-athlete” from a joint checking account. Guess who didn’t cooperate with the investigation, that someone who got payments. Guess what else, this is how every program did it back then.
Anybody that knows anything about NCAA bylaws knew the majority of the allegations against Wade would not stick.
ETA. What about the “Smart” allegations? Yeah, those didn’t stick either.

Yeah, that’s the league he is coaching in, it’s the only one he can win.
I’m pretty sure he finished this year and last year with a better NET ranking at McNeese than MM did at LSU.

Wade was hit with a two year show cause penalty those are the facts. He will neva coach at LSU again. Woody will neva hire him. We can do better than Wade, go get Bob Huggins. He's available.

The problem is dudes preferring to rail on Wade with incorrect information while just dismissing the current 14-40 SEC record since his departure and 2-16 SEC record prior to his arrival.
You can coach if you want as far as I care if you can have us in the NCAAT 3/5 years with an NIT and a down year.
