These guys stepped in and gave it their best efforts. Neither was ready to take over a top program in the SEC, each for different reasons. But both gave it their best. They suffered physically and mentally, with broken bones and humiliation. But never forget that they suffered for LSU and did not ever complain. Both also showed alot of fight and some brilliance. If they are needed next year, or if they start next year, they will be better for their experience this year.

Why would he? I mean, right now I would say JJ is the leader in the clubhouse, but he is one injury away from being the starter again.

Also, the kid is a competitor. He will learn and improve.

The experiences this year will really pay off for him down the road, to LSU's benefit or to someone else's benefit.

why would lee transfer he will be playing next year quite a bit. if you believe it was his fault that the offense wasn't good your wrong. if the calls used during this season is used again you will see jj do the same thing lee did with sac's and int's. play calling can make or break a qb and thats just what happened this year. if they call plays like they did in the gt game they both will be fine and have a great future at lsu.

Hatch is a good safety valve to have, despite the Rantards negative view of him.

he will stay and help JJ with the playbook.

and come in once or twice a game to run it.

or just hold the clip board and call in plays.

enh, not quite, but to think that if JJ was just thrown in there he wouldn't have struggled any, as would RS or ANY QB for that matter is insane ... I would like both to stay if they want but if they think they want/need to leave then that's them, end of story ... why the majority of the rant, who obviously can't stand Lee, is so worried about him is beyond me

I feel kinda bad for saying this, but I have completely given up on Jarrett Lee and I think a lot of the players have to. I would prefer that he transfer and be very successful somewhere else.

He may or may not, but that doesn't take away the point that he's a good safety valve to have, he knows the offense, he can be a good practice player to go against our D, and he can teach Shepard the playbook.

yeah.. thats exactly what he should do.

couple things
1) whether or not you've given up on JL makes no difference to him, his teammates, coaches, or the football program.
2) I would hope you are not as willing to see other players "transfer" when they dont play up to your expectations....especially as freshmen.

Imagine if people were saying that Keiland Williams should transfer.
