Sucks we have to face off first against one of the strongest teams in the field

If teams kept their regional/super records I'd understand...but everyone in the CWS starts fresh with a 0-0 record...i think a reseed is not that crazy of an idea.

I am glad we have a thread to discuss this new, refreshing perspective.

Struggling to think of any tournament where they reseed within the tournament?

All teams start again with a 0-0 record so it's a whole new tournament. If they entered with their regional and super record then id understand

The tournament starts at regionals. What if basketball did that in the elite 8? Would be weird as shite.

Amazing how many people are starting threads about this... just win the fricking games and move on. Stop crying about matchups.

We’ve know since the regionals started. Play who ya got. I’m actually excited for the challenge.

Ok tough boy. It could work out if we win....BUT that's like Les Miles saying g he was going to attack bamas strength....in 2011...made no sense. It should definitely be reseeded. Arkansas and LSU are clearly the two best teams remaining with NC gone

Yeah retarded responses like "just win and quit bitching" completely miss the point.

Because the NCAA is joining ESPN & SEC in their hatred of LSU.

They also enter the super regionals at 0-0, should they reseed the supers?

Sure why not? The best teams should have an easier path for what they've accomplished all season

This is accomplished in the initial 64-team seeding.

If we were matched up with Murray St. not a single person would be crying about reseeding
