Why does the exterior of Tiger Park look so shoddy?

What were they thinking? Is an exterior renovation on the drawing board? It should be.
The exterior/parking lot situation is sub par for a top 10 program.

I suggested this design when they built it.
But what do I know? I've just been to every SEC Campus for games, watch renovation shows and post on here.

No plans in the works for renovations. Doesn’t have a great ROI
The athletic department doesn’t give a shite of the parking lot is gravel. It’s easier to maintain than an asphalt lot.
