Why do you love Eddard Eauxgeron?

I like him bc he sets us straight with expectations, bc they have been the lowest in a long time here.
I love ed bc he makes me enjoy Saturdays in the fall more now that I shouldn't expect them to compete.

I like him bc he has more than a want to incorporate the forward pass into the offense.

I don't know about you, but I am definitely bummed over the large number of support staff he has hired. Just so the on-field coaches don't have to do near as much grunt work as they have in the past and will be preparing game plans and the players earlier for games. This is really unnecessary - LSU has done fine in the past getting the game plans installed on Wednesday of game week.
I also hate the fact that he has fortified the talent and depth along the defensive and offensive lines. That sucks the big one.
I am also bummed about some of the hires he has made:
1. Tommie Robinson - the #2 recruiter in the nation for the 2016 class - LSU doesn't need recruiters on staff.
2. The Pete Jenkins hire was just stupid. Yeah, yeah, Christian LaCouture stayed for his senior season and Breiden Fehoko lists learning D-line technique under Jenkins and Eaux as the main reason he came to LSU. But it was still a stupid hire.
3. A 25 year NFL veteran as Sr. Offensive Assistant/Passing Game Coordinator. Why does LSU need to pass the ball? JESUS !!!
4. Bill Busch as Safeties Coach was unneeded. Corey needed the workload of coaching CB's and safeties and the different job responsibilities of each position. Eaux is making coach Raymond soft. And Busch being mentioned by the top defensive backs LSU is after is also unneeded. See #1 above.
5. James Cregg - Ha Ha Ha Ha !!! WTF ??? LSU does not need recruiters and his O-line coaching resume is just barely okay.
6. Kevin Faulk - another no name guy that is just collecting a paycheck.
There is a whole lot to MISERABLE about Fellas.
