I saw a lot of the same sets but we had some drops and then it appeared they decided to call it a day.

Exactly my point

New QB and we won't have this luxury in MOST SEC games.

Play calling definitely changed in 2nd half

I don't think they wanted any passing game success to carry on into next week. It might make Miles look bad if the fans that tore him a new one on his show seem to knkw more than him.

Did you really just say the best tenure in lsu history is proof that miles is a moron?

My god some of you live in fantasy world where Miles' tenure hasnt been the best ever.

It was JSU. Etling going against our 2nd string defense in practice gives him more valuable reps than against JSU.

The tenure was fun from 2005-2007. Since then, its one moment of fleeting success surrounded by decent with a head banging against a wall.

A few completions instead of the 0-6 may have helped. I thought we ran really well.

A poster had a great point last night. That they tried to put Etling in different throws in the second half to test limits and see his ability as they already seen him in short and intermediate routes. Make sense, I could see his point.

Will be interesting to see what happens with a new coach here. Hopefully for his sake, his team plays perfect football or he will be classlessly shite on for years while he's here.

If the "new" coach wastes talent like Miles, he will be crapped on and rightfully so.

Ohio St and Florida st are doing better than us. Michigan is going to be in the top 10 consistently starting this year. Auburn has a championship and another championship game appearance. Oregon has been better than us. Clemson is enjoying similar success. Oklahoma has changed their philosophy on offense and have been better ever since. Michigan state is similar.

Because Brandon Harris must not be able to handle it, they ran some formations in the 2nd qtr. with etling they haven't run with Harris.

I liked some of what you said. But you ruined it when you said that Miles and Cam knew what they were doing. Miles offensive stats from 2009 on have proven this.

1. it wasnt the same plays.

2. when they went back to the old stuff in the 2nd half, DE over threw a simple out also.

now we've started drinking the kool aid. dumb arse. wait till the thick of SEC play. if they run the shite that harris was forced to run, and DE ran in the 2nd half, another lsu fanbase with poop on their face. Just keep sipping the kool aid.

ypical Miles bull shite of not wanting to show too much and not showing up the opponent,IMO.

Three bombs(40+ yards) were thrown in the 2nd half plus another pass over 20+ yards. One int and 3 incompletetions, Miles thinks that is a wide open offense.

I want to see more, more and more of the 2nd quarter play calling.
