Doc,
I've been asking Lester Earl to tell me what about Lee has impressed him all year and every time i ask....he avoids the question.

And Earl...is 54% that much better than 40%?? Only a 14% difference makes Lee that much more suited to run the offense than JJ? And Lee has a 54% passer rating over the course of 7 or 8 games(can't remember)compared to JJ's 1-1/2 game? Yeah...i'll take JJ

40% in 1-1/2 games > 54% in 7 or 8 games

The main reason is i don't think he is ready to handle the offense the way it needs to be.. there is a difference in running plays and handling the office ( You have to know difeansive schemes to be able to call audibles and you can tell agianst ARK. he didn't know how to do that)

I'm not saying that JJ is ready to lead us to 12-0...all i'm saying is that he's the better option to lead LSU over the next couple years...now whether he beats out shepp in a couple years remains to be seen.

JJ started 1 game and showed that he progressed and learned from the 1/2 game that he played the week before. I believe he will come along as he gets more snaps this spring and will be the clear cut starter next year.

you could say jlee is the one that doesnt look ready imo. he looks more confused and less confident than jj. jj looks much more poise

You think Lee checked off at the line? The guy can barely look off his first option much less check. He looked over to the sidelines for checks just like Jefferson.

I think Jordan did a good job this past weekend. It was Raheim's little stunt that basically screwed the game over for LSU; that was uncalled for. Some of you are right, his completion percentage was low. He only threw for 129 yards. However, some of you are forgetting the most important concept of the offense that happened in Arkansas....NO OFFENSIVE TURNOVERS!!!!@!@!@@!@!!!!! Jordan didnt have any INT's and I think that was the best part about the performance.

To those who think Lee should start over Jefferson right now as well as next year, could you clarify to me why?

What is it about Lee or that you have seen from him all year that tells you he should be the starter right now and/or next year?

Please enlighten me.

Exactly. The #1 job of the qb is to protect the football.

Whatever respect that i have for miles that is left after the DC situation will be lost if this happens.

Hatch never takes another snap as a starting QB...book it.

Lee either barring injury
