LSU's defense would stop Auburn enough and their offense would take over just as it did last time and run all over them. Mett only had 1 passing TD and 1 int and it didn't matter.. LSU ran all over Auburn because they can. You are an absolute idiot if you think Auburn would handle LSU.
What is the point of any of this shite? To shite on LSU? On the field LSU beat Auburn head to head and they have done it quite well the past few seasons and will continue to do so until proven otherwise. Why is that so hard to believe?
No one.. including LSU fans believed LSU would beat a&m.. and they did last season and again they did it this season. When you own a team you own a team. You saw first hand what LSU did to Auburn and will do to Auburn. Why is that so hard to comprehend?

LSU vs Arkansas is a rival and typically a struggle regardless. What does that even matter? How about the same LSU team the week before that beat the shite out of a&m.. a team Auburn barely won against?
You can do these all day long.. but fact remains on the field LSU has Auburn's number.. and would continue to run wild all over them.
Why can't you give LSU credit or recognize they are just as talented? LSU has struggled vs Ole Miss and Arkansas over the years.. it's been a contest.. it finally caught up with Ole Miss.. but LSU showed great resilience vs Arkansas.
You act like Auburn is this great super power. All it takes is a good D to shut that shite down a couple times and allow your offense to pound them on the ground.. which is exactly what we did the first time.

Mizzou ran the ball pretty good yesterday. I guess you missed that huh???? BTW as far as the A & M game??? YES LSU played real good, But they don't come CLOSE to running the ball as well as AU does. YES LSU beat AU way early in the season. If you think that AU has NOT improved since then, YOU are the idiot. LSU has NOT improved since then. In fact they may have taken a step BACK since they played AU.

I just dont think Auburn is a championship caliber team.
This isnt 1960, an essentially wishbone triple option team shouldnt be in this position. They hardly have a passing game. They barely squeaked by with two miracle plays. They dont have a very good defense at all, they can be thrown on big time. I feel they have made it this far by smoke and mirrors and will be exposed against a better defense.
That said, I will be rooting for them vs FSU.

LSU moved the ball just fine without Mett. This is college football. The line play is more important.

Simply put, we spanked them. Hard to give a team "Credit" when you beat them up and on top of that they pulled 2 miracle wins out their arse.
Auburn is a good team who Malzahn really turned a 8-4ish type team into an 11-1 team, props to that...but I'd be pretty surprised if FSU doesnt smack them around a bit. Mickey mouse offense teams usually tend not to do well against well prepared, better teams.

Perspective my friend. You think these kids are robots? If LSU played Auburn yesterday for the SEC Championship (I understand that can't happen), you would see a totally different team than the LSU team that played Arky.
LSU could have packed it up after Ole Miss and they didn't. They even beat Jonathan Football, which nobody thought would happen.
My point is that LSU could play with Auburn on any given day.

Please explain how that has ANYTHING to do with LSU vs Auburn..
What part of LSU on the field has Auburn's number do you not understand. Head to head matchups mean much more than what happened the weak prior.. Just a week prior LSU beat the shite out of A&M whom Auburn struggled to beat.. LSU's defense is more than capable to shut them down.. they have done it before and they will continue to do it. Why can't you see that. Auburn doesn't possess much of a passing attack.. makes it very easy to defend and key in on.
Who won the game btw? I believe LSU still won with their backup QB.
LSU would actually probably have more success vs Auburn with a dual threat QB. Mett didn't exactly light them up and we weren't even that good on 3rd downs vs them and still ran the frick all over their D.. You saw Franklin run wild at times in that game. And Mizz had no rushing attack. They just needed a few stops. LSU's defense gets stops vs Auburn. easily.

Where does LSU rank in SEC defense? Like 4th? LSU defense held Auburn in check.. and that was when they were still inexperienced.. they have gotten better over time. Yes, they have the defense to make enough stops. It only takes a few vs Auburn. Especially when you can run all over their D.

ONE miracle win..... The Bama game was an earned win.....
Simply put. If LSU had played Bama the night they played AU they may have won that game as well.. BUT later on in the season AU AND Bama improved..........LSU did NOT.......
