The Cleveland Clinic is one of the leading institutions in that field...they say those who had the virus have higher antibodies. I've had covid twice...once in late Dec and again July. I'm not vaxed. Neither was significant.

I am vaccinated but I agree. All business will require it, so unless you are Self Employed, you will need to get it to make a living. Also if you want to buy anything at a brick and mortar, you will need to get it. I guess if delivery works for everything.
I got it due to having asthma and didn't want to take a chance on getting it.

LSU's policy is not addressing your stated "goal"
Under LSU's policy, a vaccinated person that is symptomatic/positive can enter and transmit the virus to an unvaccinated person who tested negative.
If LSU was actually trying to reduce hospitalizations (as you hypothesize), it would test all (vaccinated and unvaccinated) persons at the gate and check for symptoms, or just prohibit unvaccinated from entering.
The current policy is not doing anything but pressuring people to get the vaccines.

I’ve been a nurse for 12 years. I haven’t been vaccinated. I am not anti-vaxx and have been vaccinated for everything else. People are hesitant to take the vaccine, and rightfully so. That doesn’t make them stupid, it makes them reasonable and cautious of government, as everyone should be. Like Reagan said, “The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.”

They are about to double the testing at the end of the week for the entire fall with a test that is at best a coin flip to be accurate. Congrats, Louisiana patrons, you have just locked yourself in to more hysteria for another entire year

A negative PCR test? The same PCR tests that are wildly inaccurate and have been recalled by the CDC?
A lot of you are just simple and you're satisfied with being able to go to a football and you don't even see how this is an infringement upon our freedom. Not to mention this entire virus is a sham. I refuse to call this virus real when there's no test at the moment to differentiate this virus from the flu.
