Closer to the east than the west. It's in the north endzone at the top.

Why is the upper deck more expensive than the corners? I sat in the southeast corner for years and they're not bad seats at all.

Those are the med school and law school seats, which used to allow students to purchase as many as they want. Since 2004 you can only buy one per ID, and too many people don't go, for obvious reasons. And, as referenced earlier, those that do sit there scoot over towards the corner where it's more fun and a better angle of view.

Wrong... The professional schools sit at the top of the NW corner as said earlier. Right next to that small section of $900 seats in the lower bowl.

And, one per ID isn't even close. (at least for LSUHSC) The Health Sciences Center gest a set number of tickets that are divided equally between the schools.

Each school gets a tickets proportional to the total number of students at LSUHSC. My program in 2011 got 34 tickets to divy up for 350+ students.

I always wondered this too.

they abandon their seats to go sit in the student section
This sounds logical.

when i was in the student section they used to rope off a section for the time leading up to the game,

I was in 214 on Saturday and I noticed they did this.

I also know that the students do squish in the northwest section. Why sit behind the oldsters?

IDK but that is where I always go sit. I can see plays develop, nobody is around me so I don't have anybody to get pissed off at for not knowing football, and I can go absolutely ape shite when we score
