TBH, I expected more out of both Beckwith and Adams at this point.

The weakness of this defense is 3rd and fourth corners. When we are in base defense, we are pretty stout. Hopefully Mills can add some depth to the slot positions.

Felt bad for kt2 on the PI/one handed grab. Jeffery has a good hold of his facesmask for atleast 2-3 seconds pushing off. They were both fighting but felt they should have offset them

Debo. Has stepped up huge in a position we needed.

And as much criticism Thomas gets, he sure does make a lot of plays

His pass coverage has been suspect at times.

This. DT is the guy teams go after because it gives them their best shot. CB is an impossible position to play if the offense executes. No matter who gets targeted he's going to give up plays if the offense executes. DT is an excellent third corner.

Debo definitely most surprised standout on D.

Beckwith is being the stud we knew he would be.

DT is not good in coverage. Even before the injury he was below in coverage. He is a good football player, but just lacks the hips to cover.

Have to agree. Beckwith has been solid, but I felt like these 2 guys would be the heart and soul of our D. We are going to need them to make the big plays in the coming week! Seems like the swagger of our D is a little down to me.
