While being a great player, Landry did not play with poise and cost us several times with cheap shots that resulted in big penalties at crucial times.
Running back-Dalton Hilliard, D Davis, Hester.

Linebacker- Michael Brooks, Eric Hill, George Bevan
D Tackle- Henry Thomas, McFarland, Dorsey

Even as an SC fan, I was always a big fan of the way Glen Dorsey played.

of all time, Maravich
following very far behind, my #2 is Tommy Hodson
currently, either D. Byrd or Chad Jones
...basketball, Greg Terrebonne

The one and only Ricky Blanton! Played every position, even center as a senior even though he did not have the height. Absolute gamer, hard nose and very smart on the court.(perhaps elsewhere, I don't know) If guys with more talent played their heart out like he did every minute, oh man, what a sight that would be.

I was thinking, "Nice post. Good memories." Then I saw, "heave for a touchdown over Hoofkin!" What is with that?
