I’m not saying these guys are good hires but who do you want to hire?

I don’t have names, but be creative. Cannizzaro was creative, Dunn was creative.

Go back the minor league route, check out lower level guys who have good track records.

Either Chad Jones, Paul Bertucinni, Derek Helenihi, or Beau Didier.

The smart move would be hiring Matt Talerico away from Wright State. He may not be well known to the casual fan but in the College baseball community he is a rock star. He is a requested speaker at pretty much every baseball coaching convention. He runs an extremely aggressive and fast offense that seems to be in tune with what PM really wants but doesn’t have the assistant to run it
