Definitely have to bring in Anderson because it gives you the best chance to hold the lead. You can’t afford to lose game 1.

“Whom” is correct because it is the object of “bring in”. However, “Who” is much more commonly used in this situation, so I would not say either is wrong, although technically “who” is wrong.
