All coaching aside, Lane still is a hell of a recruiter. So if Monte demanded Lane have a job, assistant recruiter wouldn't be a bad fit.

Truth. The ones saying Les are trying to convince themselves. No one can reasonably prefer Miles over Saban, Sean Payton, Belichick. Crazy talk.
