I guess give all the credit to Brady?

Yep.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying, backed up by the pitiful offensive ranking from 2018 that came under his watch.

this discussion was about talent available to LSU, not production. correct?

Miles' last full year (2015), we went 9-3 overall (would've been 10-3 but McNeese was cancelled) and 5-3 in the SEC. Miles' 2015 recruiting class was ranked 5th.

O's last year, we went 10-3 overall and 5-3 in the SEC, and O's 2019 class was ranked 5th.

To be fair, there's a little 2-2 start to the 2016 season that people might be overlooking. And alone that's bad, but considering it was done with Miles promising to make drastic changes to the offense, and coming out with the exact same vanilla 1978 offense, one could argue it was worse than just the 2-2.

Ah, so that's why he called for a play action against our own endzone and almost got Burrow killed.

are you serious this is your example that SE isn't a good play caller? Tell me who you think the best play caller is and I guarantee you he has tons of plays that were blown up for any number of reasons

That's why he thought max protect was a good idea last year.

when your line can't block and protect the qb all OC's use max protect. Watch the saints they use it all the time. Oh yeh you want to go 5 wide and dink and dunk with a team that wasn't running that offense...brilliant

Come on pal, you can't expect O to win with players like that. He needs Antonio Brown and Michael Thomas caliber players at all four-wide to be successful just like any other coach. Don't be such a hater!

No one overlooks it. Some peole don't like to count the interim time against 0, so why should those be held against Miles? There's no justification to think 0 would have done any better in those games.

“ this offense will break records”

Hope it does. Love to see it.

All results, good or bad, are pleased at the doorstep of the head coach.

WTF?

The level of stupidity to come up with that one..

Seeing how both were lost by virtue of horribly managed offensive drives, I certainly think anyone would have a shot at winning at least one of them.

I want to know why this great play caller can't muster a single point in two meetings vs Bama yet Citadel can score 17. Let me hear the excuses.

Talk to your people that constantly jump back and forth on whether the interim time counts for 0.

I agree. Not sure why it can't be consistent.

Bama's defense only cared about stopping us, obviously. We are their superbowl.

Another day, another time all you have is "link"

At least you phrased it differently. It's been done in this thread, just like every other thing you ask me for proof of.

Bama has 2 weeks to prepare
Our oline sucked
Last year bama was getting bad pub for not playing anyone and if you think Saban didn't challenge his team to make a statement you're nuts.

If you thin bama players get up for the citadel you're a special kind of stupid

Is Dabo a good play caller?

You claim a lot of things that simply aren't true. Don't be surprised to get called on it.

Oh lord, you're gonna try to make this comparison too? This is almost as bad as the "Saban lost to ULM/0 lost to Troy" or "2018 3 loss is almost as good as 2007 2 loss."

ETA: Also...

I was told OBJ and Landry weren't NFL talent as soph

To say Quinn was an NFL talent or would have been drafted had he stayed with LSU is crazy. Even with over 100 catches in one year he was drafted very late.
