Les implemented the same changes but it doesn't matter how many coaches you hire and fire until you get out of the way and let them do their job instead of handcuffing them. O has done this every year. You can't claim it's a success until it shows on the field

This is to the op I don't get the motivation for these type threads, TBH.
I'll admit that I'll stand behind the coach at Lsu, no matter who he is , as long as he's winning, and doing his job.
I've never seen the point in having to be a Les miles or ed o," guy".
Think about that for a second, what does that even mean? if there both winning ny6 bowls at the time, then what does it matter?
Are you saying you like ed better as a person or something? Miles won, Edds winning, so why is there a contest or o lovers or o haters or miles lovers or haters.. Who gives a crap, it was time when miles got fired for him to go...
Once ed is hired, wether you liked the hire or not is irrelevant once he started winning.
BTW,seems like people are suprised that o is recruiting like a mother fricker..thats why he was hired. I mean, it's common knowledge in the college football world that o is the best recruiter in the country... Just research it and you will see what his peers think of him in that aspect.

I can and will make it for every year he needed it, and it will be 100% factual. It doesn't take away from him being a great coach. Just like the circumstances in 2007 don't take away from what Les did at all.

No he isnt. He is averaging the 5th best sec class over his 2 years. Why the need to make shite up?
His best recruiting class at lsu is 4th in the sec.

We had a great class this past year but I'm not gonna lie and say O is the best recruiter in the country when he isnt even the best in his own conference.
O is a great recruiter but not the best .
