I keep hearing Derek Mason, which is a terrible choice. We need Marcus Freeman (knowing O and Woodward, they won’t). Or, we get Kris Richard.

David Reeves or Jeremy Pruitt if he and Tennessee part ways.

Mushchamp would be a homerun hire for DC

Not saying he would be a homerun hire but everyone
Comparing home to BP is crazy. Bo I hasn’t been a coordinator since 2007 and had to go to the FCS as were muschamp was one in the 2015. And he has stayed in the Sec for over a decade and his problem in Florida and for the most part in South Carolina was never Defense. He always struggled recruiting offensive guys. Having him just concentrate on defense would probably be welcomed by him. He recruits defense well and is a hard worker. Plus sorry O needs another guy with head coaching experience with him.

Out of all the former coaches that are over 45yrs old, I would take Mushchamp. If you go with Youth my first choice would be Jim Leonard, Kris Richard, Glen Shouman. I think Schouman would be a good value.

Muschamp

He didn't even attempt to blitz a TF QB AND allowed LSU to run all over his defense...no thanks!!

I hope a knowledgeable, good, energetic and young coordinator is hired. Please don’t hire a retread. I just want to see LSU back at the top again.

I do have a choice for DL & OL- Karl Dunbar, & Kevin Mawae. I’d make them both turn me down.

I can’t upvote enough times on this suggestion. He would be a home run hire!

I really don’t understand why people keep saying Mason would be a bad hire. I don’t agree with that at all. I think his reputation took a minor hit because of Vandy but whose wouldn’t? I think him going back to DC would be great for him and I wouldn’t mind that being here at LSU. Big fan of Coach Mason

This actually not true South Carolina blitzed several times. And almost everytime gave up a big play. The Marshall touchdown for one was a blitz were a slant went 50 plus yards

Bring back Aranda. I bet he's miserable in Waco.
