Guice is quicker but LF is faster.

i don't really have an opinion to which one is faster.
but if this is what we are bitching about, it's good to be a tiger.

Wrong on both accounts.... guise is 4.35 and fournette is more 4.39 in a 100 meter race fournette might catch him, but fourty yards Guice is there 1st
We never were able to see Buga in the finals of the 100 meters his senior yr. He pull a ham or something or the coach pulled the team. Guice was 3rd in the state in the 60 meters in door his senior yr. Hard to tell which is "faster". But man, both are fast, have fantastic moves, set up their cuts with superior vision and both have good hands.

Yes correct the Seniors didnt want to put in the work that year(not LF) and he pulled the team.

LF looks a lot more explosive at the second level to me.
Posted on 10/12/15 at 7:44 pm to 5Alive
Guise probably quicker, LF prob faster top end. I'm also not buying Guice is 220. I saw him up close at PBS game a few weeks back. Dude looks about 205.

I've seen him in person several times. I think he's about 220. Who knows?

Side-to-side, Guice. Straight ahead, Leonard !!

While I think LF is a little bit faster, that time for Guice was his sophomore year of high school. Didn't run track his JR or SR year.

Fournette by quite a bit. Guice isn't going to breAK 70 yd runs, but he has more wiggle for sure.
you dumb
Coaching staff had said Guice might be the most explosive player on the team.
I think LF is faster, but it's pretty close. A lot closer than some of y'all think.

Fournette was one of the fastest sprinters in the state and made it to the finals at the state meet. So I have to go with Fournette. Not really close. Guice looks freakishly quick in short areas though. Fournette has better top end speed.
LF made the finals of the state Track championships in the 100m but I think he came in back of the pack in the finals which was still pretty dam good. The LHSAA record shows he was DNS for the championship round although he qualified.
LF wins 100M Regional with 10.68

Fastest Fournette
Quickest Guice

Fournette has legit high 4.3 speed.
He most certainty does not.

LF didn't run his senior year as well
Posted on 10/12/15 at 8:47 pm to Rickdaddy4188
10.68 is about a 4.45 and he ran that as a junior in high school. The 4.3 might be seriously legit.

Ill drop the Mic and walk off after this...
Fournette has moves that defy the physics of his 230+ lb body.
He has that downhill full speed cut that makes defenders fall on the ground. He can stop and go on a dime, he is strong as a bull.... and on and on.
Deuce was very good at the downhill cut as well and I am reminded of him at times, but didn't have the spin move, the hurdle, the jump cut, and everything else in Fournettes arsenal.
We are witnessing greatness. His 40 time only matters to people on a forum without much to discuss...
Guice is special as well, a slasher...
Awesome entertainment.

Not necessarily. There are many great 100m sprinters that have more top end speed than 40 speed. 40 yards into a 100 meter dash is still the "acceleration phase". You can never judge (with good accuracy) a 40 time based on a 100m time, or visa versa.
