on the newer uniforms the shoulder stripes are way shorter. also the stripes on the pants are different as well as more dull in color.

One is a night game and the other is a day game. The helmets are the same color, but in those pics, they look different. So it has to do with the lighting.

the pants used to be different for everyone who says the aren't. they used to have a shiny gloss on them, sort of like a satin-like look. now, they're just dull yellow. ohio state is the same. their pants used to be silver, now they're gray. i think it's whatever nike is doing now and not anything to do with us changing things.

The changes are very subtle, but they're definitely different

yeah i noticed that as well. i like that y'all went back to just having the two stripes on your pants again. i'm a big fan of tradition. i hated when nike changed y'alls uni's for one year when they first became your sponsor. they looked alright, but i didn't see why the felt the need to take away the triple stripe on the shoulder and put one on the sleeve instead. i'm talking about these:

football season doesn't start for awhile. what else is there to talk about? i definitely noticed before. i like what we used to have better but don't really care all that much either way.

The two stripes are better for Ole Miss and its tradition.

I think the less shiny LSU pants are way better looking, just my opinion though.

yes, and in the fifties, sixties and seventies they were dull and not shiney like they were for ten or fifteen years.
We just went back to a more traditional look. Shiney is not traditional. Dull is.

the color seems a lot more yellow as opposed to our old gold IMO, but the stripes on the pants need to go back to the old way as do the shoulder stripes.
