A well coached, well taught, focused ball club.

Nothimg they did last night surprised me. Their numbers were validated last night. Team full of veterans who work counts and can hit jt a mile. A pesky bunch at the plate.

A fairly recent tradition.

Apparently finishing top 6 last year is an early exit

These smaller schools have been really impressive lately.

Coming in to the Box and beating nationally seeded LSU teams is becoming the norm now.

Stoney Brook, Houston, and now Coastal Carolina.

Wonder who it will be next year.

They are a fun team to watch and aggressive at the plate and on base. Hopefully LSU gets the win toady so we can see another good matchup.

Not even close. They may be a better team this year, but not even close to a better program. You do know the difference right??

You must have meant "team". Their "program" does not compare to LSU's.

Well it's not over yet, and if we don't choke with the bases loaded it could have been a different ball game. You could literally feel the wind leave the tigers sails after that inning.

On top of not scoring more runs in that inning was the length of the inning. I was sitting there wondering why Lange was not soft tossing during the inning. I would be interested in finding out how long in terms of minutes did our at bad last.

They're RPI is under 10...yeah they're fricking good. I think heading into regional play their RPI was like 12.

The only way they really compare to Stony Brook is that people don't consider them a national power in the sport so it's an easy comparison. Like comparing all white football players to another white player at that position. Even when they have completely different resumes.

Still hard to believe a tiny school like coastal fn Carolina has a better lineup than we do? How does this happen?

Stfu with this defeatist bs. If they end up winning the series so be it, but quit being a fricking panty waste of a fan.

Eh, personally I think our pitching gave up too many walks. Their approach at the plate is solid but you expect that from teams still playing.
