Interesting. It’s not too often you see triple digit upvotes and downvotes on the same post

How so?

Give me a specific example where this came up because you are an LSU grad.

It's not racist to state crime facts.

I am careful now David Duke. Why don’t you quote the crime statistics of low income whites versus middle income whites. It is inherently racist to lump a whole race into any category when trying to demonize that race. Notice I distinguished white racist pieces of shite from the white race in general.

The white race has always had those who fought along side blacks against slavery, segregation, Jim Crow and the maltreatment and terrorization of blacks in America. However, there have been far too many who called them ni$#&er loves and beat and killed them too, for fighting for those rights. Far too many.

You know most people in the rest of the country laugh at LSU for other reasons right?

Probably is to you because it doesn’t effect you. It is not funny to those it does. Empathy is being concerned when it doesn’t affect you. Empathy was taught in my home when I was a child. How about your’s? Hate against others wasn’t taught in our home. How about your’s?

Are you also embarrassed of living in a state that was part of the side that lost the civil war, too?

Louisiana's penal system is almost entirely one race, Angola being the prime example. I suggest you look at things factually, not personally.

When I see a local crime blotter on the news for example, it's not always blacks, but 90% of the time it is.

Whites can't help blacks in this regard, it's on them.

Yes, and I'm absolutely cool with that as most have no clue about our culture.

You gotta live here to begin to understand...

No, in fact Louisiana led the way amongst confederate states in granting rights and outright freeing of slaves during the war of Northern Aggression.

But it was still on the wrong side of history. And it still lost.

Why is that not embarrassing to you, but Eric Reid's protest is?

When i walk out of my house and go to work, I dont expect anyone to say "Hey, look. Isnt that an LSU fan? Eric Reid played for them. What an embarrassment!".

So no. I'm not embarrassed.

Our history of peaceful protest and the First Amendment predate the US even having a national anthem. Eric can voice his opinion and peacefully protest which are his rights as an American.

Yea, Louisiana was certainly no Virginia in that war.

tWar of Northern Aggression? Militarily tSouth had better generals and better armies, but alas the infrastructure just wasn't there to back them up. Nothing embarrassing about that whatsoever, tSouth was just out gunned eventually.

As for ER, their whole stance was ridiculous in the first place. Do you think their stance worked in their favor? All it did was leave them ostracized from the mainstream. Did it get either what they wanted? No,
