I just think the timing is off. The schedule and Calendar of College Football is not great and this just will not give us that opportunity especially with the success they are having this season.

That is true, but if this is the job you want, you do what you have to do regardless of the price of admission.
I think with what Ole Miss has meant to him, if he does decide to leave, you do it tactfully and don't leave them hanging. Turn it into a "Last Dance" kind of deal.
