Read an article saying YouTube TV contract is up at the same time next year

DirectTV isn’t done playing games. It’s a sad day.

Will this be resolved by MNF?

I fault Disney. The reason is that in order for you to carry ESPN channels they force you to carry (and pay for) all of their other shite channels that no one wants. Those costs get passed on to the consumer.

I have had directv stream for years and have loved it. However, I am now using YouTube TV while this dispute is going on and the multi game view is awesome and I think it's also cheaper. So this could become a permanent switch for me.

Direct tv stream and YouTube TV are the same price
I just switched and I’m saving $30 a month with all the same channels minus Space City Network for the Astros. I’ll gladly just stream the Astros via other platforms while Savin money. Hell, DIRECTV sent me an email last night upping my monthly price by $10; thus prompting me to bolt this morning.

This is 100% about Disney trying to get more people to Hulu

I got $70 off PER MONTH to stay with DirectTV thru my contract.
