Used to be so much craziness during the season, but now it feels so predictable with Alabama. They’ve won plenty of NCs with serviceable QBs and sick defense. Now, they’ve got an elite QB and a defense that may be a tad down, but not by much. Good luck to anyone beating this team while Tua is there. I’d be shocked if they lost a game before the 2020 season.

Yep. Everyone playing for 2nd place. It's sad really, the NCAA has allowed this to happen

And Saban gives exactly zero fricks about what the rest of college football thinks...I think it’s great...if you don’t like the way things are going...do something about it.

That's the problem, no one can do anything about it.

No one...

It has taken some of the fun out of it. At least he's old.

Could have been LSU but for Skip's ego. And none of us would be complaining about multitudes of rings.

The business side of CFB will eventually care. The NFL solves the talent disparity problem with the draft and it keeps half the fans very interested in the NFL until the last game of the season. I don’t know how you would implement measures in CFB to increase parity but it seems like it should be done.

Maybe but what can they do? Hire somebody to plant a dead hooker in Saban's trunk?

Yeah, but not that old. He will probably be at Alabama for another 5 years at least. I’m just tired of watching them win with him. And, it seems like it’s only getting better as time goes on. They look less beatable now than at any point I can remember. What’s actually pretty crazy is that we held them to 29 points. If LSU had an above-average offense, we could have possible beaten this juggernaut, but I don’t think anyone else will be able to limit them like we did. And, their defense may be slightly down, but I don’t see them giving up 30+ in a big game when there #1s are playing in the second half.

This board whines and cries and blame shifts. It’s called players and coaches. Not sec office and dodge dealerships. Frick. Get talent and coach it instead of emotional gimmicks

This is what happens when they stack 8 straight #1 classes with one of the best coaches in history.

Will keep happening unless something is done about the recruiting.

Do you really think they would have to look that hard to find something?

All programs bend the rules and cheat when it comes to recruiting violations and benefits towards current players. You know for damn sure they'd find something with those people if put under a microscope.
