What difference does it make, Miles said all the passing was bad, the wind was terrible. New centers, hiking to qbs real bad,lot of fumbles, defense just dominated.

Imagine, YOU, of all people, coming to JL's defense.

is it that hard to accept that LSU has found it's starting QB?

i'm much happier going into this season than last when hatch was the starter.

also, your act is as tired as bad cat calling everyone immature college geeks, and loving 'em.

Well, the reports said that JJ didn't look too great, either. I think one of the points we have been trying to make is that whoever the QB is is going to have to get a lot better than they were last season if we are going to compete for the SEC and NC. Jefferson is still going to be very inexperienced and very young. The 2 NCs we won were with a 24-year-old junior, and a 23-year-old 5th year senior. The thing I love most about JJ though, is that he seems to be very mature. We'll see.

he does seem very mature for his age.

I wouldnt consider the two starts JJ made to be worthy of "finding the starter"
Ark sucked, won 3-4 games last season
and gatech in the peach bowl was a joke too.

How about we see JJ play in a game that actually matters as JL has and see how he performs before you start labeling the guy.

jefferson didn't play in meaningful games?

he put up 30 against arky, in his first start.

as a freshman.

defense let him down big time.

and everyone thought LSU was going to get drummed in the chick fil a bowl.

he came out firing in that game.

gotcha, but still its not FLA, USC, AU, on the raod or UGA, BAMA, MSU at home in games where at that point in the season we were still competing for SEC west title.
Thats what I mean when I say meaningless. By the time those two game he started came alnog the season was OVER.
Sorta reminded me Jamarcus/DBowe vs ORegon state.

I don't follow you really

but anyways, I think after the bama game, the team kinda gave up.

then the ole miss game happened, and that was just the nail in the coffin.

THEN the arky game happened, and wow... tough one to take...

Defensive back Ron Brooks had perhaps the best day for any defender as he intercepted a pair of passes, returning the second 48-yards for a touchdown. Brooks, who is also expected to return kickoffs along with Trindon Holliday next year, added three tackles.

Other defensive highlights included safety Harry Coleman with an interception return for a touchdown, linebacker Perry Riley returning a fumble for a score, safety Chad Jones recovering a fumble and defensive tackle Drake Nevis forcing a fumble.

believe this, anyone trying to make something out of a practice mistake is obviously biased, and should be ignored about anything they ever post.

i'm going to say that there were two pick 6's, one by JL and one by CG.

one fumble, picked up by jones... don't know who fumbled it though.

In the words of a former President, "Let me say this about that", I do NOT care. AND, I'm glad this is not public information. In my opinion, absolutely no good could come out of it.
