Who says Jennings did well in the Sunbelt? 59.8%, 11 TD, 13 INT

I see your point there, but 59.8 % completion rate is was much better than at LSU, his interceptions were ridiculously high but he was sacked 39 times, so the lack of protection may have played into that. I guess what I'm saying is if Jennings could not mprove his completion percentage by as much as he did, I would expect Harris to do better.

Not that it really matters

I wish him well, he was not going to see the field again at LSU. Now let's move forward, opens door for Scott & McMillian to get some PT.

I don't think it matters much. I don't see him making an NFL roster in two years. Is the Arena league still around ?

I appreciate Brandon coming to LSU. It's too bad Cam Cameron was the OC.

I think Auburn would be his best shot at proving himself. That aside Tulane, ULL, LaTech or Jacksonville State.

Except Anthony Jennings didn't do that well in the Sunbelt.

Face it, AJ really didn't succeed in the Sunbelt. Yeah, his completion rate at ULL was better than at LSU, but that may well have been a function of the offense/types of passes thrown by ULL (that may be why his yards/pass attempt at ULL were than at LSU). I didn't follow ULL football closely, but I remember he lost his starting job at least once. OTOH, while AJ had physical limitations, no one questions BH's physical talents.

Brandon is taking his talents to North Carolina. I hope the kid does well in the ACC.

Either Purdue, for symmetry's sake or SMU where he and Trey Quinn form the greatest one-season pass combo in NCAA history.

Or, you know, the Tar Heels.

Also, UL-Laugh.

Grand Valley State?

Western Washington.

ITT Technical Institute.

Trump U.

Don't we have quarterbacks of our own to worry about? Loved B-Smooth, but hey, he gone.

No way. At Auburn ,if he didn't RS he'd be a senior w/ one year of eligibility left competing against:
a returning Sr. starter (White)
a returning backup/part time starter (Franklin)
a highly regarded transfer/high school 5* and former starter at Baylor (Jarrett Stidham) w/ 3 years of eligibility remaining.

I hope Harris does not transfer to Auburn, as Jarrett Stidham should be the main QB there the next few seasons.

I'd like to see him go to Tulane tbh. They have decent receivers that can make plays. I could see Harris killing it there*

That would be a terrible fit. Fritz wants to run the option, not throw the ball, the oline is shaky, and the receivers aren't great. The only good one they had was Veal and he transferred out when Fritz took over. I truly think the two Junior WR's we have at CL could have started for them last season.

Who cares at this point! He is just another recruit from the last coach that did not have the ability to play at the SEC level. He is another QB in the long list of Miles era QBs that were not up to SEC levels.

Louisiana Tech has always made sense to me--they throw the ball a ton and it's only an hour from Bossier. I'm not sure about their QB situation though.

Somebody on here in one of these threads mentioned Virginia Tech reached out to Harris.
