Where in the ticket policy does it say LSU can implement testing/vax verification?

Season ticket holders already paid for tickets, and most were sent out before this asinine change to the policy was implemented. Where in the LSU ticket policy does it say LSU can do this without refunding all the cost associated with the tickets?

I'm pretty sure LSU is refunding the cost of the tickets if you choose to ask for one

The ticket cost is about half the cost of season tickets. There are also TAF fees, chairback fees, processing fees.

Why did you bring politics into this? And who said I'm not a Democrat?

How many times are we gonna have threads of people complaining about this. You have plenty of options available to you.

1. Take the refund, they keep your TAF Fees and you can get your tickets again next year.
2. Take the refund and they will refund your TAF fees and you are no longer in the season ticket pool
3. Get tested and show results at the gate..
4. Get the damn shot.

The fact that you’re complaining about rules being changed after the fact tells me you’re not

this asinine change

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the fan who will bitch and moan about LSU’s new stadium policy, but take it up the tailpipe regardless.

So it sounds like nobody can show where in the contract it says LSU can renege on their end of the deal.

I think it’s in Section C, Article 3.5 part A under the pandemic policy rules

Hardly anyone here is a lawyer. If you want to try and sue a university over this, be my guest and see where it gets you. This is about the fiftieth time a thread like this has been made. Everybody else here has tried to illustrate your rational options, and you’re in here arguing about fine print shite that I guarantee LSU’s lawyers have already figured out. They’re offering you a refund, that’s all they have to do.

Why don’t you hire a lawyer and sue instead of bitching about it on this thread. No one hear is going to do the work pro bono.

They didn't renig on anything. There have always been entry requirements to get into the stadium. This year they have a new one. Sounds like you haven't even laid eyes on the contract and probably blindly clicked the "I accept" button and are now coming on an internet message board to cry about it.

Yep. Their original service is no longer available. They offered refunds of everything. You're options are to take the refund or agree to the new terms.

The right to keep season ticket status though is a whole different can of worms.

Get the test. It's way less of an inconvenience than the traffic leaving Tiger Stadium. Do you ask for a refund because of that? Don't be an idiot.

It is a legitimate question. What is the legal basis of such a demand by LSU? No one has answered it which suggests that they have no such warrant. Only way to counter this absurdity is to stay home. Leave the stands EMPTY.

LSU Ticket Policy

You would be wrong, but that is alright. They changed the rules AFTER everyone paid for and some received season tickets.

And since you say that, what other rules are they allowed to change on a whim?
