In terms of biggest games in the New Box? At LSU? In LSU history?

I can't remember demand for a ticket like this

ULL wasn't anything like this. At least SRO was easy to get. SRO for this one was sold out by like 8:20

LSU OU was a heavyweight game with Nola going against their ace.

Oklahoma was close to this, rice in 09 was a pretty damn close to impossible ticket. Uc irvine was probably one of the toughest

This ticket is damn near impossible to get, unless you're willing to spend a couple hundred.. It's also one of the toughest tickets to ever get, if not the toughest.. So, basically every super regional is a pretty tough ticket to get..

How times change.

Before super regionals I lived in Memphis. LSU vs Ga Tech iirc I think in 94 or 95. Drive overnight from Memphis to BR, got to the old box around 730am, first in line for what amounted to about 30 tickets left.

Brother and I saw the record setting beat down of the jackets.

Tickets may have been easier to get back then

Meh, tickets may be tough, but it isn't any bigger than other Supers

In terms of what's at stake, obviously not. Not a hated team, an SEC rival, the Canny story line...

SEC rival, Canni story line, we swept them to close out Dudy Noble, both programs have rich histories. The goal is the same as other supers, but the hype surrounding this one is much bigger than in the past.

LSU vs UCLA in 2000 was pretty insane.

It was Lennon. Said that about the Beatles. Hilarity ensued.
