Remember, you just said that you said Ed was responsible for the development of Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, et all.
So why isn't Max a suitable QB? He's had over a year in Ed's program.

Danny was middling. The year after that there was no QB being developed to take over. o had the foresight to go get burrow. Bam. Championship.

A Year is nothing for a QB. QBs with little experience look bad 9x outta 10. Max is a guy who will be very good in year 3 or 4. But as a freshman or sophomore. Nah. Too much to ask. Ask dabo about his #1 Qb DJ U. Qb takes time more times than not.

Wrong again. Etling had the third highest passer rating in school history and you described him as “the worst it’s ever been here.” Of course now you’re backpedaling and trying to move the goalpost but you were wrong. And yes we had Brennan here developing so you’re wrong about that too.

Brennan was a freshman with nothing behind him. Very rare for a freshman to win in this conference.

You just said that Ed developed all those guys in 2019 who are lighting it up in the pros now (in just 2019) but now Ed needs 3 years, at least to develop Max.
So he's not a suitable QB but you'll still make excuses for Ed.
Max looked better last season as a true freshman. He's regressing. Who's that on? Max? I guess it would have to be because you sure won't point the finger at Ed.

The second year O was here he had one Qb who was a freshman and nothing behind him. Brennan. + nothing. Miles failed the program with QB position. Let me guess. It is O fault that Brennan wasn’t ready to win games In the SEC that year

Max is better this season than last. But still not a big time SEC QB. That is not knock on Max. Most QB need more time. Burrow is the exception.

Etling was still with LSU in 2017 (the second year Ed was the HC). Behind Etling was Brennan.

Nope, Brennan had been here for a year, we had McMillan, Narcisse and Scott all here Os first year. Then he recruited Burrow and the others left. Again you’re making shite up or you’re just ignorant. Besides it’s not Miles job to recruit QBs for Orgeron after he’s no longer the head coach.

Not many programs can sustain 2 seasons in a row of having to play the backup QB. We had bad luck. “Luck” played more of a role the last 2 seasons than it did the title season. That’s for sure.
