Operation P, back in 1977.

In the early 2000s, when the LSU football program was waking up from the dead, opposing fanbases would concoct all of these wild stories about how badly they were treated in Baton Rouge.
One such story was that LSU fans made water balloons filled with piss and threw them at opposing fans as they walked by. I believe it was UGA 2003 but I could be wrong.

Plenty of urban legends of horrible behavior towards opposing fans. Of course it was all BS. I've never seen any bad behavior towards a fan, other than taunting.

It definitely originated with the arse hurt Auburn fans in either 2001 or 2003. I’m thinking 2001.
One of the horror stories posted on a board by one guy was that LSU fans “threw piss at him”. Of course the big question was how would that even work, what vehicle would be used to project the liquid at its desired target? Balloons became the carrier of choice.

It was piss balloons and tipping over portolets. Like one would walk around campus and see nothing but opposing teams fans stuck in portopotties laying on their side.
