Why would you subject yourself that this year? You must like watching your wife get fricked, extremely violently and mercilessly, by another man

You might get some serious responses if you were more specific on the info you are looking for.

Birmingham or Meridian. Tuscaloosa hotels are super exclusive.

Do you like watching your team get pounded into dust live in person?

I can give you a lot of info. Above link is for quad tailgates. You can use rope and spikes to mark of your tailgate spot as early as late Thursday night. There are dropoff times GameDay am on 2 streets close to the quad.
I prefer the downtown hotels but $600/nt is minimum.
You can bring small propane cookers and charcoal grills. Bring extension cords to get power. Light poles have a few outlets and some power boxes are provided.
It is a lot of work to tailgate at Bama on the quad.

Finding a good hotel room in Tuscaloosa might be a tough task this late. Plenty of good options around campus if they have availability and there are a couple newish hotels at the 359 exit, which would be a good place to stay for heading back to Louisiana.
For parking, I park at Central High School. It’s $20 but a good location and ideal for the route I like to take home. And on big game weekends, $20 is pretty good.
I tailgate on the quad, but our group just pays for the ones they set up for you. So much easier that way. You can buy single game set ups, but it’s pricey.
Hope you have a good trip if you come up.

The hotels are sold out for Nov 6 the last 3 months. I got one for $900 a night but am thinking about canceling that and just driving from Selma 90 minutes. Hotels are about $100 there. Meridian might be closer for you.

No offense, but you're batshit crazy if you spend that for a Tuscaloser hotel room.

Stay in meridian like most people do..
Tailgate at one of the bars on the strip...
Tailgating is a hassle at bama...makes me realize how good we have it in baton rouge..
My bama friends say that they would rather play here every year...Tailgating is much better and new orleabs is nearby

I have money and $900 is cheaper than a DUI
