Try Redstick Sports in BR. I know that they used to do them a while back. I would imagine that they still do. There's always toddler stuff in there whenever I go.

There's a store in Denham Springs called Sport 'N Center. They can make one for you. I've had a couple made for my grandchildren.

I don’t know how small your toddler is but Redstick can make you a 3/4t in a day—they did for my daughter. I don’t recall seeing customs smaller than that.
