Do something nice for a family member instead.
The player that will benefit from your money will just transfer soon.

I want the official LSU collective that will be doling out NIL money to recruits. Not your venmo account.

Did you listen to Jordy this morning? Is that why?

Just go to any grocery store in north Baton Rouge and hand out $10 bills to customers. They will appreciate it more and you know you did something worthwhile.

I don't think LSU has a collective yet that's partly what the bill that just passed helped.

Even with a collective we shouldn’t expect business owners to give a 18 year old $500k plus to just play college football for their favorite school.

You are thinking about it wrong. What if we can get 100,000 Tiger fans to donate $100 per year to the LSU collective? That is a $10 million NIL baseline to start with. Then the bigger guys can come in with $5 or so million to reel in a few more big time recruits. Then we are competing at a top 5 level.

Hopefully they are already working on something. I'm not sure how these "collectives" work outside of boosters. If it was something as simple as a normal fan could donate $100+ to it, then that would be awesome. It would be pretty easy for them to advertise on gamedays via QR code/links like a gofundme and fans could donate on the spot..

It cost over 100 dollars for this these days? This inflation has gotten out of control.

Exactly.
Gordan would be a good candidate to set up the LSU collective. He might be the most familiar with Louisiana NIL law at this point. It's doesn't have to be all pro bono work either. Use part of the donations to cover the cost of running the collective but just be transparent about it. With a name like Gordan behind it and with transparency it would very successful IMO.
Then Gordan can work with CBK for who and where the money is NIL'd.
