Where are all the "but he has a binder" haters????

I remember a lot of people... not going to call any people out, complaining that Coach O was hired and he presented a binder in his interview. In that binder was a plan and he is executing his plan. Now with our current success, there's not talk or bashing of this! Why? Because we are winning! Coach O is building a heck of a program here with players and coaches which will hopefully give us success for years to come!

Weird that the standard is winning games now when I was told for years that Hardware is what matters.

So the process of hiring O was correct? We should have not interviewed ANYONE other than Herman? And rushed to hire someone nobody else wanted just to not look jilted?
No, we should have done neither of those. It’s working out incredibly well as O has changed as a coach and has truly learned and any “fan” SHOULD support him now. If you don’t, find a new team. But, Alleva still fricked the entire situation and deserves to be roundly jeered and criticized.

It was more about Alleva being impressed that an interviewee for a multimillion dollar job actually came prepared for a job interview. Then again he did hire Johnny Jones and Nikki Fargas so I’m not shocked this surprised him.

Nothing you say makes any sense I was there Saturday and am having a blast with this season and love how great we look. I am calling out factual inconsistency, that has nothing to do with like or dislike.

At the time people were frustrated. A lot of us wanted Jimbo, and others wanted Herman. Looking back at it now I think most people were pissed at Alleva for the way everything went down with Les and having a "non existent' coaching search. I think everyone is on board now but you have to be able to understand why some people were hesitant about the decision at first. We clearly have one of the best coaches in the country and nothing will change my mind about that.
