When I checked mine before SECCG i showed tickets to Oregon and Tennesee and my season tickets. then in another section below that it showed SECCG and BCS request...I think. I dont remember seeing "CC NO PL3".

This is on the LSUTAF site and not LSUSports.net just in case there was confusion.

Where on the TAF site is it? Are your season tickets thru TAF or LSU?

The whole "delay" always gets me. Points cutoff was 10/31 and the request for tickets deadline was 11/21. It would not take long for a computer to crank out the list of people gettings tickets assuming you have the data available. Heck, really all it ends up being is a huge mail merge which they do all the time when they dole out away game tickets.

But what I am willing to bet it's legislators and other government officials calling in favors. LSU has to grease the palms of the legislators that control state budgets. So in other words the number of tickets available to season ticket holders is in flux.

The only thing I can think of is that they don't want to announce anything until the actual seat locations are assigned to everyone and with this being finals week, they aren't letting the student workers work too many hours to rush to get it done.

I'd also be willing to bet that there is some manipulation going on with ticket allocations to make sure certain people are happy.

Do you have a Qty next to it? I was able to find it by doing an account history report. Mine says CC NO PL1 with a quantity of 4. I'm guessing this is the number of Cowboys Classic tickets that I requested but did not receive.

This is the shite that pisses me off the most. I don't care if I don't get tickets because another season ticket holder contributes more than I do. But to offer them to the crooks and leeches is a real slap in the face.

I got this info from the TAF website, log in and on the left you will see a link for "Account History Report."

Yes I have a QTY of 2 next to "CC NO PL3". For Cowboys Classic I requested 6 in the Green Club level but was awarded 4 in the Red level. The four that I was awarded show up in the ticket summary. I also requested parking for that game and received my requested parking.

CubsFanBudMan - How many did you request for the BCSCG? I requested 4 knowing full well that if I even got any at all it'd be 2. But it doesn't hurt to ask for 4.

The real delay is waiting for the damn tickets to arrive. We have 6 but they won't be shipped until 2 weeks before the game. So, for those trying to buy them they'll be hard to get until these tickets hit the street after Christmas. I know we're not the only fans looking at those $4,000 40 yard line ticket prices thinking they might just want to watch it on TV and sell them (not me, I can't miss this one for any price). That's why you should be able to pick some up for $800-1,200 and pretty good seats too. IMO, they'll drop like crazy the last week.

Legislators aren't supposed to get any tickets anymore since the reforms were done when Jindal took office. I'm sure some that are connected will call in favors, but the "every legislator gets 2 tickets" bullshite is done.

I think the CC NO PL is for the Coyboys Classic. I had put in for 8 and had gotten 4, so the 4 next to my CC NO PL1 is how many I didn't get. I had put in for the top level, so the code is probably Cowboys Classic No Price Level 1, or in your case Price Level 3.

I put in for 6 for the BCSCG, but will only get 2.

There is almost no way I would miss this game, and if you are a fan of either side, I can't see not forking out the money to be there. It doesn't get much better than this. I agree with the chance to get some much better deals from sellers who hold out too long, or the big dogs just realizing they have more tickets than they need.
