Fun fact, Arik Gilbert spent more time on LSU’s campus than Mondo
I mean there’s no doubting he’s become the GOAT of his sport but he didn’t even come in first his lone season
A statue for someone the overwhelming majority of LSU fans wouldn’t even recognize on the street doesn’t make sense. He has no legacy here

Thank you for making my point. Shaq won individual honors and , at the time, could not go pro after one year. He would have if he could have because the money would have been impossible to turn down. People throwing shade at Mondo is really unwarranted : On 11 May, Duplantis cleared 6.00 m at the SEC Outdoor Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansans., to set a new outdoor collegiate record. In the process, Duplantis helped LSU Tigers win its first SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championship since 1990 edging Florida Gators 105–95.
