No I said Louisiana. Louisiana is a general term. Tulane doesn’t have power over that. Plus they are private university not a public university.

Tulane may have been at one time University of Louisiana, but they went private and gave up the name. They may be Tulane University of Louisiana but doesn’t make them University of Louisiana anymore .

Lol, you should considering politicians that live there make decisions about everyone in this state. And the fact that there are thousands of prospective students that live in br that aren't all going to LSU.
