Downing plead guilt to obscenity charges and was sentenced to two years. Under the plea, he does not have to register as a sex offender. I recall reading that he could get out of jail in as little as nine months. I believe he started his sentence in November or December of last year. I am not sure in what prison he is serving the sentence.
Also, the victim filed a civil suit against Downing in Orleans Parish.

completely agree....putting your balls on someone's face really isn't acceptable, but it's not surprising that Walmart Bama fans were the ones to get caught doing this...
