It *should* be average, but it's 3rd in LSU single season history. And the guys who are tied at #2 with 28 (Mauck and JaMarcus) did it in 14/13 games respectively. Max did it in 11 basically (barely played vs Arky).

Not saying Max is some great QB, or that he didn't have issues holding the ball. But he did actually throw it, and threw his fair share of TDs. I think we'd have been better served with him as QB.

It is what it is though.

I agree. Even his completions are bad throws. He almost never hits the WR in stride allowing him to make a move and get yac.

People forget how bad we were last year. How exactly is max even better? A&M sucks as well

Yes and he played poorly and was replaced by Max Johnson until Max broke his hand.
