Ive heard that why its taking so long is that the construction group is out of Alabama and they are trying to spell T I (D) E up there instead of TIGER ...

The concerning thing there is not a single crane or lift up by the letters and its been that way for almost 24hrs

Any word if they are going to be illuminated? It doesn't look like they are going to be backlit. Do they plan on spot-lighting them?
