Well I wish the OP would change the title to "douchebags arguing about stuff no one cares about".

You are acting like that would be a great scenario in the fourth to have Laird leadoff from the nine hole. Yet, you don't want Laird in the leadoff spot in the lineup. This is awesome.

Im sure it's worthy for a team like Oklahoma that doesnt have many good hitters, but here at LSU, where we have alot of good hitters, you can shuffle the lineup to maximize it's potential. That means putting high OBP guys in the front and low OBP guys in the back. It shouldnt be this hard.

No I dont. I dont think it would be a great scenario, I was merely pointing out everyone could have their cake and eat it too. The 9 hole isnt a bad spot for Laird. That's why i didnt put him in the 7 or 8 spot. He's not as bad a hitter Ross or Stevenson. As the lineup turns over, and approaches the top again, it's not a bad idea to put a guy like Laird in the 9 hole.

No doubt man. I'm not mad in the least. You are one of the first people that has actually been able to debate baseball (or anything on this website for that matter) without turning into a complete POS. I disagree with you on LSUs lineup, but that doesn't matter.
