whats the deal with Stevan Ridley's injury?

if he's expected to miss spring practice, I would say it's no big deal. If he goes under the knife for major knee surgery, that's a different story.

Won't hurt us too bad this season. The only thing is he would have gotten much needed experience this year and that could hurt us down the road.

I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to Maximus bitching about a player who is a fan favorite getting playing time over obvious studs who the coaches don't like because they fumbled once 4 years ago in practice.

this is news to me.. sorry to hear. this is really gonna hurt if he's not healed and scott goes down with an injury

He told me that he will apply for a medical redshirt this year. It is indeed a torn ACL and he is out for the upcoming season as major surgery is required. I was really looking forward to Ridley getting some real PT this year.

Yes adding Michael Ford to that list. Seriously, the loss of Ridley is not that big of a deal in terms of a team standpoint. Yeah it sucks that he got hurt and I feel for him but reality is it will not hurt our running back corps.
