He seems the type to hold a personal grudge. Especially with how the new AD came in and was able to secure top level coaches.

Someone said that he was advising Sankey on this stuff sometime after he got fired from LSU

Absolutely 0 percent. This came across Sankey desk and he's obviously trying to show that LSU does not have the power. Sankey has the other schools in the Sec in his ear.
