Best thing I ever saw was a pig being roasted, but they added a loin for a trunk and fashioned skin from another pig into ears. Meant to look like a baby elephant. Used to have a pic, but lost it.

Im frying backstrap and chicking wings and cooking red beans with smoked turkey necks in them. The turkey necks look like a cut up elephant trunk
