What would LSU do in this situation?

Iowa is on what would be their 8th string running back if not for everything that has happened between last season and this one. Two guys transferred, a few career ending injuries, a couple season ending ones, and one guy with concussions. Their starter at RB is a former walkon fullback.
How would LSU handle it? Would we play walk ons or move guys from other positions to RB?
My thinking is that the 10 deep would look something like this:
1. Blue
2. Hilliard
3. Ford
4. Ware
5. Hill
6. Magee
7. Shepard
8. Paul Turner
9. Lamar Louis
10. Micah Eugene
With Copeland also getting much more carries.

With Les Miles's offense, I'm thinking we'd do 5 wide shotgun the whole game.

We would move Rivers back to DE, Shep would be needed in the sky box, and I think Tyrann or Vinson would have to play tailback.

Not sure about Miles, but if I was Iowa, I would check out the Penn State depth chart and pitch a transfer.... ;-)
